My story began with

In 2015, I opened the doors to my dream pediatric dental practice. Like so many women in healthcare, I believed my clinical training and hard work would carry me through.
But the reality was different.
I hired the wrong consultant. I signed contracts that made profitability nearly impossible. I poured everything into the practice: six-day work weeks, long nights, endless sacrifice…and still felt like I was falling behind.
And yet…that experience became the foundation for something greater.
I realized I had never failed. I had simply never been given the right tools.
That realization sparked the birth of Incisive Women.
